At Studio of the Sun, each artwork is created with care and attention to detail. Our prints are limited editions, produced on archival materials and framed to gallery standards. We want you to love your piece as much as we do, and we are here to help if something isn’t right.
Change of Mind
As our prints are made in limited editions, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully when placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@studioofthesun.com.

Provide your order number and photos of the damage.

We will arrange a replacement print (subject to availability) or a full refund if the edition is sold out.

In some cases, we may request the damaged item be returned to us.
Preorders
For preorder items, payment is taken at the time of order. Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund up until the item is dispatched. Once shipped, our standard policy applies.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
